Jesus is constantly calling us to a new way of living; His way leads to peace, freedom and happiness. Most of the time we fail to hear his call because of the busy lives we lead, but Jesus is the same yesterday, as He is today and will be tomorrow; He never stops calling us, He never stops loving us. We may be unfaithful to Him but He will never be unfaithful to us.
When you hear the call of Jesus, we at Pater Noster are there to support you with programs to help you discern what that call means; to help you decide if you are ready to fully embrace Jesus and whether this should be in the Catholic tradition.
You may be a person who has never been baptised, or you may be have been baptised in another Christian tradition or you may already be a Catholic and are trying to find your way back home. Whatever your situation, the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) team at Pater Noster is ready to walk with you on your journey of discernment.
If you seek peace, happiness and freedom from the things in life which seem to trap you; you are hearing the call of Jesus. Even if you’re not completely ready to answer the call, contact Pater Noster’s Parish Priest, Father Joseph Lee or our Pastoral Assistant, Deacon John Kiely who will be only too happy to provide some spiritual guidance and direction.
